Lasa Village is located in the Paphos district, close to the Paphos Forest and many other small villages. Lying in a pristine area, Lasa is a substantially stone built village, with the equally important village of Fyti being three minutes away. Both these villages are close to the Troodos foothills, approximately midway between Paphos to the south, and Polis to the north.
The project Lordos Lasa Plots is situated on the outskirts of Lasa village in the locality Kambos, and is only 20 minutes from Paphos and 15 minutes to Polis. It is set on a gently sloping site surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. The view to the north takes in the beautiful Akamas peninsula and the curving Bay of Polis Chrysochou. To the east of the site one can see the rolling hills of the Paphos forest leading to the foothills of the Troodos mountains. The site enjoys a cooling breeze during the summer months and is at an altitude sufficient to escape any coastal humidity.
For your leisure you may like to try some fishing in the nearby Evretou dam, or a game of golf at Tsada, or perhaps just lie on a comfortable sun lounger watching the swallows dancing in the skies.
Life here is peaceful, relaxing and tranquil and the possibilities are infinite.
This project consists of 19 plots with a 90% FAR building percentage, Zone H2. Water and electricity connections are already on site.
Each plot holds a separate title deed which is immediately transferable.
