Shedule of Payments

Home > Information > Costs Associated with the Completion of Properties

1.    Reservation deposit                         2% - 5% depending on the project

2.    On signing the contract of sale     30% - 100% of the total purchase price less the reservation deposit paid

3.    Completion of First Floor Level         25% of total purchase price

4.    Completion of Roof and plaster        25% of total purchase price

5.    Handover of keys                             Final payment of remaining amount

EXTRAS:     100% of the total amount on Signing the Extras Agreement.

NOTE: Terms of payment usually vary from project to project. Please consult us for particular payment terms. Kindly note that payment terms vary according to the stage of construction of the property sold.
